Lynne Kent
FACILITATOR
Lynne brings a rare blend of creative leadership, academic insight, and cross-sector experience to help corporate teams unlock the full potential of collaboration.

With a background spanning government, education, and the arts, Lynne Kent (PhD) has led diverse teams through complex challenges and creative projects—where communication, adaptability, and trust are the foundation of success.
Dr Lynne is a qualified facilitator/teacher with decades of experience working with diverse groups of people in Australia and internationally. Lynne loves using objects to bring teams together, to solve problems and facilitate design thinking processes.
Among her many career highlights is working in Amman Jordan on a cross cultural creative project designed to improve Arab/Australian relations with The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and working in the Victorian state government emergency management sector to develop a future-focused model for volunteering.
Most recently, Lynne has facilitated and directed creative research using materiality at the University of Grenoble France -Maison de la Création et de l’Innovation (MaCI).
