Building Better Teams Through Collaboration and Creativity
Hands-on workshops that spark innovation, build trust, and teamwork.

Meet Lynne
With a background spanning government, education, and the arts, Lynne Kent (PhD) has led diverse teams through complex challenges and creative projects—where communication, adaptability, and trust are the foundation of success. Lynne loves working with objects to develop design thinking and problem solving tools.
Lynne is a qualified facilitator/teacher with decades of experience working with diverse groups of people in Australia and internationally. Among her many career highlights is working in Amman Jordan on a cross-cultural creative project designed to improve Arab/Australian relations with The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and working in the Victorian state government emergency management sector to develop a future-focused model for volunteering.
Whether your team is navigating change, fostering innovation, or striving to improve communication, Lynne’s workshops offer practical tools and dynamic strategies to build cultures of collaboration that last.
